Step-by-step for your payment

When you call the EasyPay number and hear that script:

1. Press 0 (or any key) to start the payment flow.
2. Enter your Payment Reference Number (PRN) or EFT code, then press #.
3. Enter the amount you want to pay (no decimal point; e.g. $250.00 → 25000), then press #.
4. Enter your card number, then press #.
5. Enter the 3-digit CVV (Visa/MasterCard). Do not then press #.
6. Enter the 4-digit expiry (MMYY, e.g. 08/30 → 0830), then press #.
7. Listen to the confirmation: amount, fee, card type, expiry, PRN.
8. If correct, press 1 to authorise the payment.
9. Note the 19-digit receipt number they read out.

If you want to hear the surcharge rates before proceeding, press 1 when prompted (“To hear the surcharge rates, press one”).
